The Jordan SharePoint User Group (JSUG) is the very first SharePoint User Group in the Middle East. It was formed to connect SharePoint professionals within Jordan together, to share knowledge and build a higher level of awareness for SharePoint Products and Technologies within the region. Whether you are an expert in SharePoint, or would just like to know what SharePoint is and what it can do, JSUG is the place for you. We meet every month to discuss various SharePoint topics. Our speakers vary from real-world SharePoint professionals, Microsoft MVPs, to Microsoft employees. In addition to our monthly meetings, JSUG provides an online site where members can discuss various topics relating to SharePoint, download presentations from our sessions, and access resources such as videos, screencasts, podcasts, and blogs.
JorDev .NET user group was founded by a group of enthusiastic Jordanian IT professionals. The idea behind establishing such a group was to allow IT professionals in Jordan the chance to: Interact with the rest of the .NET development community in Jordan and exchange experiences, ideas and thoughts with them. Take an in-depth look at the latest technologies and development methodologies through our periodical events and seminars. Be the first to know and learn about the latest Microsoft .NET products and technologies. Get developer support by asking questions on Jordev forum. Increase their visibility among the development community by publishing articles and contributing in JorDev’s events. The mission of the Jordev .NET Users Group is to provide advanced, interesting information about Microsoft .NET technologies. We serve the need of developers in Jordan to receive the best .NET programming information, and fill their desire to be informed about developments of revolutionary importance as early as possible. Jordev increases the developer’s visibility to the other members, and will provide a great chance for the developer to contribute in increasing the visibility of .NET programming in Jordan. We serve the needs of programmers who are currently working with or interested in the .NET platform.
Jordan IT Professionals (JITPros) is a technical community interested in Microsoft Windows Server technologies including the Windows Operating Systems family and other server products, JITPros conduct monthly sessions at the Microsoft Innovation Center (MIC) – Royal Scientific Society (RSS), Amman. Every IT Professional or even technology enthusiasts are welcome to join our sessions completely free of charge. invitations are distributed through this group as well as members of our user groups found at http://jitpros.net/
